Right of withdrawal (for consumers only)
You have the right to, within a period of 14 days, without giving reasons, the revoke the agreement. The withdrawal period expires days after the day you use it received the product.
In the case where several products have been ordered, the day of the cooling-off period only starts on the day after you have physically received the last product. In the case where several parts are delivered, the cooling off period starts on the day after you last part physically.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us [GT Enterprise B.V., Ettenseweg 4C-8645, 4706PB in Roosendaal, firstname.lastname@example.org] via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by mail or e-mail) of your decision to terminate the agreement recall. You can use the attached model form for this revocation (add link to PDF model form), but you are not obliged to do this.
Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If you cancel the purchase agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point have done, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the extra costs that it are the result of your choice for a different type of delivery than the cheapest type standard delivery), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement with us. We pay you back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction have performed, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. There are no costs calculated for executing the reimbursement. We can postpone the reimbursement until we have received the products back or until You have provided proof that you have sent back the products, depending on what it is first occurs.
You will receive the products immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract or return it to us. You have the deadline met if you return the products before the 14-day period expired. You bear the direct costs for returning the product.
You are liable for the loss of value of the products that is the result of use, other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
